

Namaste!!!
I am a mama, kindergarten teacher, and yoga lover! My mission is to bring yoga to children in a fun-loving way because I believe that practicing yoga develops confidence, positive self-image, and a strengthened ability to focus. I believe that the world would be a little kinder and more positive if everyone did a little more yoga and I hope to guide as many children as I can towards a lifelong practice and love for yoga.
